Candidate  Selection   Process

We are not selecting any unknown candidates. We are giving preference for the candidate who are referred by others, who are known to us. As we are in to this field for past 18 years, many of the candidates they know about our company and directly walk in with one reference.

Face to Face Direct Interview

As soon as the candidate comes to office, our HR officer will check their credentials. They should submit their photo and address proof to our officers. Our officers will verify them and their family details by asking various in and out questions. If their answers are not identical, they will be disqualified by our HR officer

Direct and Address Verification

After face to face interview is over and selected in that. We will start our house verification. Our field officers will visit candidates house directly check their residential address and cross verify with the neighbours. Candidates past and present will be verified with the neighbours. If any mismatch comes or illegal activities by the candidate, he or she will be immediately disqualified.

Upload Candidate Details to Website and Recruitments

After verification process is over by our HR officer and field officers, if all the proofs are clear and identical then legal activities will be checked thoroughly by our higher officer. Then candidate profile will be uploaded in to the system with proof details. Now the candidate is ready for recruitment.
